Hi All,
So I found this on ebay, and once again find that the correct part number is being used by someone who I’m guessing is only guessing at the correct part #?
In this case, in contrast to the last time, the purchased part is TOO SMALL.
I’m not going to try to speak to the thread size, since I am really only interested in if anyone has any knowledge about which motors these erroneous parts belong to?
I sent the 1st ones back (with the porous stone filter) but now I’m arguing with ebay about the fault of the return. I got charged >$12 for the return shipping!
Does anyone recognize which motor this belongs to so I can both educate the seller and give some solid facts to ebay for when I return these?
The latest ones have the mesh screen filter, so they looked correct online. Of course, my absolute fault for not measuring mine because the seller did have a ruler next to his in his pictures.

57 Johnson RDE-19December 8, 2023 at 6:49 am #283088It runs just fine. Idles way down, throttles up just fine. I have spent a lot of hours trolling with it, and it has enough power to get you off the lake in a reasonable amount of time should the need arise.
