Hello fellow boaters. I am rebuilding the afore mentioned motor. The engine plate shows the model as 25526 & the cover is the brown/chrome/white Lark cover. The cylinders have been bored and honed .20 over and matched to piston size. Now, I need a set of rings. The original +.20 part number for the rings is 303066. The cylinder bore is about 2.920. eBay is not helping my search. I have also searched Hastings.

Does anyone have a cross reference or maybe even a spare set of rings? Also, hasn't technology in piston ring sealing improved since the '50's? Wouldn't rings that are barrel faced or torsional be a better choice? Maybe special coatings?
