My compression is 75 psi on both cylinders.  Is 75 psi acceptable?  Secondly, NO FIRE on either cylinder.  Thirdly, her crank and pistons are free however she turns over pretty sluggishly.  (I am new to Scott motors. Therefore, I am calling on my Club’s wise-owls to help “keep me between the lines”).

Measure the resistance from the plug wire to engine block to check the coils. Next check the capacitors, they usually are bad from age.
