Well Dale, I was in the Army, and if you were in any
service, you know how the story can sometimes
get exaggerate a bit!!! But I ain’t lyin this time.

Not hardly a miracle.
There were a few thing that needed fixing
but it was mostly just cleaning.
Most everyone on here could have done it.

February 22, 2024 at 8:23 pm #285253I have to make an inner muffler tube. Does anyone have a picture of one, or an idea of how many holes are in the inner piece and the size of the holes?

February 23, 2024 at 4:34 pm #285278Only thing I would add is to make sure all carbon is scraped out of grooves that muffler and wrap fit in.Also it’s easiest to fully assemble with manifolds before putting on powerhead.I’ve done lot of them including making the outer wrap and do them this way

Still have a ways to go!
