      hey guys . i’m still stumped on the power head removal on the motor . i’ve removed every screw and bolt i can see . any ideas ??

        sometimes the base gaskey is real sticky  and needs a real good wack with good hammer and a piece of wood to jar it loose

         

        anybody got a diagram…?

          THANKS . but there is no base gasket . the crank case and tube are one piece . there has to be some kind of a disconnect somewhere

            I should know as I rebuilt/restored one of these motors a few years ago but can’t quite remember.

            Maybe these diagrams will help.
