Can anyone help with my 56 evinrude 7.5 hp. Need to know wiring diagram. Specifically which coil fires which spark plug.

US MEMBER PAY BY CHECK
The coil nearest the front of the motor (forward) fires the upper cylinder.

conversion to a fuel pump I did on a 5.5 . On my 7.5 I drilled and tapped a side cover port to feed a pulse to the pump both methods worked great

Very simple with any outboard. Watch the points to start to open, Stick a screwdriver in the plug holes to find the piston which is closest to the top. That piston belongs to the open points.
