Hey Guys, I’m scrounging around trying to locate a set a Johnson/OMC dual fuel line and not finding anything. I understand there’s conversion to single line possibilities, but I’d like to keep by boat somewhat period correct. I have a pressure tank, which I *think* is ok, but no fuel hose assembly. Are these rare as hens teeth now? Are there different coupling sizes or prong configurations? Anyone know of a good source to buy a full set up, or enough components to assemble one?

      Thanks in advance
      Scott

You can source the hose through the dealer or aftermarket(Sierra) from Napa. You will need the connector and some clamps if you do not already have these. Can find connectors on ePay and at swap meets.

The OEM dual fuel line hose is still available through any BRP dealership. They may have to order for you but it is available.
Conversion to a single line is also available but like you said…..not period correct and the pressure line tanks are bulletproof when rebuilt using new seals and gasket.

Scott, send me an email. I can fix you up with a hose and a connector.

              Scott,
With new hose & o-rings in the fitting your pressure tank will work very well. I took an very old suitcase fuel tank & had it vatted twice to get it clean. After that I took it to the plating shop. They vatted it again before plating in nickel inside & out. It will never come off or rust. I wanted the older fuel tank as well. Primer stuck to it very nice too. It cost a little more but it will last me a lifetime.
