      Hopefully an easy question for someone: I have a Champion S1E outboard missing its fuel tank. I found one for sale from an S1F, are they the same?

        Dale, I can’t give you a 100% correct answer, but I have some information that may lead you to a correct assumption.

        S1E Champion motor was a Single cylinder

        S1F Champion motor was a Single cylinder

                Perfect, thanks. Interesting that the only change to get the little extra bit of HP was in increase in RPM.
