I had a friend who could fix dirt bike enging cases with scrap aluminum & a cutting torch. Tom was good at it. I would clean & get hot in the oven to open up the crack, clean & get hot again to seal it. Tom used slow cure JB Weld on sealing leaks. He was very hard on his vehicles, drove everything like a dirt bike. The JB worked too.
