Yup, the old outboard book puts it at a 1932-33 Elto Service A at 5.8 hp.
I think that the timer may be like my model 422 Elto Super A.
It’s not an attwater Kent timer but a set of points.
If I’m wrong someone I’m sure will come along and correct me.

I think the points are adjusted by shims under the contact screw head. Loosening the two screws pointed out are probably for getting points to contact squarely.
Thanks everybody for the helpful information. I need to get a couple other projects off the bench. Once I dig in I am sure this is going to help a lot.
