Not sure what it fits. Looks like an OMC number. 3335-313

Scott, it’s for a… well… a Scott. It’s missing the rubber insert. Post 1953.

It was first used on a model 3335 Scott which is a 1953 7.5hp. Of course it probably was used on subsequent models also.
