Johnson 18hp Original Ad??

Does anyone have a copy of the 1958 Johnson 18hp advertisement?

I restored a ’58 18hp electric start Johnson for a lady that is giving it to her 18 year old son for Christmas. What a great mom!

So, as I am inspired by what she has done, Im making her up a nice cedar stand for the motor. Im going to wrap the "transom" of the stand in SS, and attach a Johnson decal to it. I would also like to laminate the original ad, or copy I should say, and attach that to the stand as well to really make it all stand out under the tree for the kid.

Sooo, I realized I don’t have a copy of said ad. If anyone has one, that would be great!

Chris, I don’t have an actual ad I could send you but I have a copy saved on my computer that I scanned in years ago from an original. It should be big enough to print out 8×11 and look ok.

I have a ’57’ ad, I guess, with everything from 3hp thru the RJ Javelin.

Yeah, this is quite a lady. My mom never bought me a restored antique outboard!

Will be a good opportunity to recruit another young member as well, so want to make the package look great.
