one of my 3 hp folding motors has a fuel pump for a remote tank. How common is that? I know I saw something about this on one of the fourms. s/n E2813075

I believe it was an option on the three horse motors.

My links are broken so I can’t post a pic. 😄

It was an OMC Accessory. Not for all years of 3hp motors, only those that have a fuel pump mounting boss on the block.

I think it started in 1964 that the 3hp johnson and evinrude motor had the fuel pump mount. Again not 100% fact.

Thanks for all the info and those diagrams are good as I need to ad the fuel line connection on it. I will check the other two next time I take the lower covers off to see if they have place to bolt on the pump, not that I will but just like to know.
