      After checking everyone’s suggestions, I don’t think I have a spark issue.
I am now looking at the fuel issue suggestion.
I did remove the spark plugs and added fuel to each cylinder, it did try to start without spitting or coughing. Only ran a couple of seconds. After that, it never hit another lick.
Maybe I missed something when I rebuilt the carburetor. I am going to pull it off this evening and tear it back apart for inspection.
Could the Read Plate be an issue? I haven’t removed it yet.

If putting fuel directly into the cylinders results in a second or two of smooth running, the motor likely isn’t getting fuel.  I suggest removing the element from the fuel filter bowl, then try starting.   Even though the filter element seems clear, it may not be.  You may need to replace the fuel bowl gasket after removing the bowl but the test is worth it.

I did remove the furl filter and cleaned it. i also made a new gasket for the bowl. I then added clear fuel line from the bowl to the carburetor. When I prime the tank fuel seems to be getting all the way into the carburetor. if I over prime the Carb. itself it will leak foul from throat of the Carb. I will remove the fuel filter and run that test.

          Thanks, for the advise.

Before pulling off the carburetor, look and see if fuel is in glass sediment bowl if you have one on carburetor.  If so, did you clean the porous filter in sediment bowl so fuel goes into float bowl?   You may be able to remove just the float bowl to see if float, needle and seat are working correctly and the float is adjusted properly. Does the choke assembly and butterfly open and close.   At full throttle, the throat main butterfly should be in a horizontal position to allow air in and full draw of fuel into engine.  You may have to remove carburetor to check the float but everything else you should be able to see very easily.  Make sure you removed rag or paper towel in reed plate cover on engine where carburetor bolts to engine. Don’t ask how I know this. Ha Ha
It could possibly be the reed valves or maybe crankshaft seals or bushings. If there is a big enough leak around the crankshaft, it will not create enough suction to draw fuel into engine.     I usually spin the flywheel slowly with spark plug installed and listen to the sounds the engine makes. On a compression stroke you hear a hiss sound.  On an intake stroke you hear a sound of the best way I can describe it is a low frog croak.  This is the sound of air being drawn into the motor past the reed valves.  This is what I would check and others may have suggestions that are different. Take all options and decide how to proceed.  Good luck. It will be running soon!

Here are a few photos of the carburetor my motor has if this helps.

The fuel filter and sediment bowl are separate form the Carb.  Yes, cleaned the filter and fuel does flow into the Carb. I have not removed the float bowl yet. The float was level when I rebuilt the Carb. This motor does not have a choke on the Carb. It does Have a Primer push button that is attached to the high speed fine tune knob. The butterfly does open and close correctly.

Thanks, Everyone      This is as far as I have gotten in my troubleshooting at this time.
