Mark 25 Magneto

I replaced the coils in one about ten years ago. I have no recollection of what I used or where I got them. I do recall I had to pull them off the heals and remount them. Anyone know what I might have used? New ones seem to be rare and expensive if you do find them.

Or convert it to omc coils.

No one checks the caps or insulation values, great mags! Check each comonent, assemble & meter, Wax = bad dielectrics 60 years later 😳

You can substitute the OMC coils with a little work.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

bought a MK 25 15 years ago & was running early honda motorcycles. Guy didn’t even change the caps or match coils, Fit under too but needed a battery
