I have the above motor and the water pump will not pump water; upon  disassembly, the flat on the drive shaft is worn enough to allow the shaft to turn and not the impeller. The impeller drive pin is slightly worn at 0.123 inch and with the worn spot in the drive shaft flat, the impeller doesn’t turn. How to fix…without replacing the drive shaft?  I think and over size pin…maybe .010 inch over size??  Has anybody have suggestions?

Also for any waterpumo drive pin go to your drill index for the perfect fit from a used dull drill bit. Cut to size. Cheap fix too.

Dave, How are you, long time no hear!
