In order to do so, the holes where top to screws that fasten the fuel pump to the Crank Case need to be counter bored in order for the Cowl to mount properly. Also, a plug needs to be installed in to the air line input of the 2 line cowl connector. I can counter bore a fuel pump for you, your pump or one from my stock of parts. e-mail me direct at jschubert19J@gmail.com.

Also the line fitting can be bought from e bay. It fits into stock motor fitting but has no pressure port, just fuel only. I bought one a few years back, Hope it’s still around.

John Schubert Could you explain the counter bore for the cowl to fit. I never got that far as to put the cowl back on tight. I broke off the third screw mounting the pump. I guess the screw may have been too long. That put that project on hold two years ago. I did successfully do a mark 20. before attempting the mark 15.

Mymotorisananchor Make sure the screws for the mark 25/30/50/55 or whatever pump you use the screws are correct length if they feel tight stop!!!
I will have to drill the screw out with a and re-tap a larger size to fix my mistake. The mark 15 is a great fishing motor enjoy!
              Good luck
