Carl;  why not do the OMC conversion as shown above?  You will purchase the OMC coil part #584477.  You remove those coils from their laminate and install them on your existing laminates.  It’s not too hard to do.

Avoid the inexpensive Chinese coils.  In addition to them being of lesser quality….they are sometimes glued onto the laminates making the removal challenging.

As you have discovered….the Original coils are not available.

Carl, If you decide to do the conversion and you want to use OMC coils I have 2 I can sell you. They have the bend-down tab making them easy to remove from the laminates. I’ll remove them from the armature plate and do both for $35 with shipping.
