Just a helpful hint regarding old cork gaskets that are shrunk and dried up. Use a steam iron on them and they become like new.

Yes I did – First to arrive at 8AM – temperature around 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Bright sun drove it over 85 after the wind died. Afternoon lake like glass – temperature like bathwater.
