Please identify Big Twin Handle-need parts list for it

There are no slots for the friction block to engage into.
I do not know the original color.
I’m missing some inner parts.
Two questions-
What year and model did this tiller come from?
Do you have a parts list for it ?

The tiller arm looks correct for a Bigtwin or RD, but that black throttle grip does not look correct, but you mention there are no slots for the friction block…
Makes me think this is for a very early Bigtwin or RD, but the paint color is wrong…Maybe someone can post a parts breakdown for an early tiller handle….

the tiller came from a 1951 or 52 Evinrude Big twin or Johnson RD 25hp paint color should be either blue or green depending on the motor
