Wish there was a "Tomahawk Webcam" so I could see what’s going
on there! I’ve never been yet, but hope too next year.
How many outboards are typically there for show and sale?
      How many guys selling parts?

This should give you some idea, Emma posts photos every day. http://emma-and-jack.blogspot.com/2015/ … again.html About 50-75 motors on display inside, couple dozen boats inside, a couple hundred for sale on the strip, it is by far the best buy/swap/display meet there is. Some other meets are very good, but as far as sheer volume this is the one.

Heading there Monday morning early. It’s 1,050 miles one way from the Atlanta area. My first.

I too wish I could experience the entire meet. I have been a member for round 8 or 9 years now & haven’t made it yet. Maybe next year as they say. Arizona seems too far away AT THIS POINT IN TIME. I’m happy for the ones that get to make it.
              Best,
              Jeff

It’s a shade under 600 miles one way for me to get there going tru da UP, eh! (A little closer thru Chicago but I don’t like that drive) I’m going this year. I can’t do the whole 4 days but I’ll be there for a couple of them. I’m looking forward to it! I ought to be able to find a few toys to bring home from there.

A "Boathouse Repair" is one that done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

I’ll be up there on Tuesday evening, and will leave on Sunday. My favorite thing about Tomahawk is the boating. Just a beautiful place to boat with an antique or vintage outboard. Of course the stuff for sale is endless! I’m taking my F150 this year [with my boat] so I can haul some stuff home if need be. I walk around and look at motors for sale, then when I get tired of walking, I head down to the boat and go for a ride. Then back to looking at motors. My idea of a relaxing vacation! The best part for me is, that my wife loves it up there too! hope to see you guys there!
Here’s a shot of the waterfront.

While I can’t guarantee the number of motors for sale, just let me add that one day during last year’s meet, I counted just over 500 engines for sale on just the south side of "the Strip". Pretty awesome, huh? R.T.
