Mumbles, what do you use to test your coils?
VOM, analog, digital, Stevens, or other?
At work, we normally used "B.O." (Bad Order) on work orders
to indicate a fault with a piece of equipment,
but often more creative designations would appear!
"T.U." seemed popular, but I can’t remember what that means.
        Maybe "Totally Unusable" 🙂

I use a digital VOM for testing and I find the cheap disposable ones give the same reading as my expensive one.

"TU"=word that rhymes with "bits" then UP.

            🙂

At work we use FUBAR or NFG

KO’d is another term I use around here for NFG or TU as in ‘That powerhead is KO’d and might not be worth fixing’.
