Any ideas on what this Evinrude is worth. Seller States that it is not Frozen and has compression. Believes it is from 1915. See attached

Maximum file size allowed is 2.44 MB.

Sometimes you can’t attach the photo if it’s too big.

This time it is not a matter of the file being too big.  It is a website issue of some sort

Well I’ve had 2 of them. lets start with the gas tank.
Little chance of finding one. Most likely bushings and
shafts are worn out in the gear case. Good chance water
has been left in the gear case at some time. Gears – water
pump cam rust pitted. Water pump piston worn out. Reverse
mechanism worn out and possibly welded together. Is it
there? I don’t see a tiller. Coil is no good.
Twisted drive shaft from hitting something. Crankshaft
key way damaged from flywheel coming loose. Bent
crankshaft from motor falling over. Rusty carb mixture
screw. Parts missing? If you don’t have or know someone
with machining capabilities that can make some of these
repairs the cost to have them done exceeds the value of the
motor, plus you still have the gas tank and drive gears,
if they are bad, to deal with. When looking for parts, they
                  were expensive.
When I had parts to sell I couldn’t find anybody who
wanted them. If it was offered to me for $50.00 its 6
of 1, half a dozen of the other if I would take it .

A "Boathouse Repair" is one thats done without having tools or the skills to do it properly.

                    Tubs,

In Arizona there is very  little water. I never found a motor like that to restore.Looks like it’s maching shop time. I did have acess to one years ago & needed it for my 1942 Dodge powerwagon. Drive line headaches but it had a transplant to a 318 v-8. I could buy yokes for the driveshafts but the O.D. needed to be turned down to fit the trans.

A lot depends on where you are located, in MI, IN, WI, these RBM’s and parts motors are not rare. Your example looks to be pretty complete but “crusty”. If it’s not stuck or have other major issues, I would think about $100 or so. Just keep in mind what Tubs said, you will likely need some metal working help to get it back to running condition, let alone restored.
