before I damage something I thought I would solicit the wisdom of the board.
I have a 1950 Holsclaw Bros. Boat Roadster trailer that I would like to have fully operational. I would like to inspect the wheel bergs.
The center of the wheel has a steel? bushing? on both sides. Is this pressed in? I’m concerned it is frozen due to the wheel being a different metal. I believe this bushing contained the seal yet there is nothing but a flimsy o-ring present. To push it out from the opposite side I only have a 1/2" hole to work through and would have to push the bearing. While it may not be sealing anything I do not want to destroy it as I do not think I could find replacements. Any advice would be appreciated. Source of replacement parts? I can send photos.
      Thanks in advance,

Take it to a bearing shop that deals strictly with bearings and seals to try to get a replacement first. Knowing the latter (If you can get a seal) will make it easier to determine how to first proceed.

                Cool wheel!

been there, unfortunately they cannot help me until it is disassembled.

After a little more cleaning it appears a seal should be in the collar you see but is no longer present.
