1938 Elto Pal 1.1

Steve here… Were the Elto pal gas tanks always dull silver from the factory

Yes.. The whole motor would have been dull silver apart from the decals. Also, I think 1938 would be 0.9Hp?

I believe its a 1.1, from 1938. I have a Scout and Pal from ’37 that are .9
