      Hey Bill

      I’ve never had one of these older midsections apart, so not quite sure.  But, it looks like item 47 (steering tube) somehow locks into item 51 (steering handle) and they slide down into the swivel hsg: 74.   Just how these things are clamped into the exhaust housing I’m not sure.  Wish I had one so I could have a closer look but do not…Let me know if you need something…D
