First time running this motor on the boat, and the boat’s
first time in the lake this year.
This 10 hp moved right along on my lightweight Aluma-craft.

There wasn’t any white-caps today, but pretty windy none the
less. Heading into the wind I started “porposing” one time.
Not sure if trimming the motor different would have helped,
but right after I went into a shallow bay to get out of the wind,
and found a clump of weeds, so I limped back in sight of the
      landing before removal.

Looks, sounds, and runs good. Looks cold!!! Around 50? The matching oars are a nice touch.

Tubs, I bought those popple oars over 40 years ago in the basement of
a Ben Franklin’s store, and that’s the color they came with!
It was around 60 degrees during the boat test, but the ice just went
off the lake a couple of weeks ago, so that wind blowing across that
cold water was a tad chilly.
