I’m getting ready to work on a 1955 25 Evinrude Aquasonic… I’m looking for the part # for the housing and the stainless wear plate. Anybody have a parts book for this one? Thanks so much!

I have a Johnson 25hp parts list that shows 303831 for the housing and 303866 for the wear plate. Assume it would be the same for the Aquasonic.

Just curious, are "Aquasonic" models quieter than regular models,
or what is the difference? Also, how many different horse power
models used the "Aquasonic" label?

All 1955 Evinrudes were "Aquasonic", except the 3hp. It referred to the rubber mounts, fully enclosed powerhead, ect.
