In any event, this fellow needs to find a home for what seems to be a nice Johnson QD16, 1955 10hp.   He tried to sell it but got no repsonses, now he just wants to give it away to a good home.  I replied to his ad because I have a love for this exact model, but live out east so transportation/shipping is prohibitive.

I’m hoping a club member nearby Pontiac Michigan will see this, refer to his ad in the classifieds, and give him a call.   Seems like he will have to scrap the engine if no one takes it, which would be a horrible shame.   Needless to say, I don’t know the fellow, or the engine, although I did speak to him briefly by phone.

Please act fast,  I don’t want this engine to get tossed out.
