      i’m working on 1956 Gale Buccaneer 5hp Model #5D13B Ser#632209. i need p/n for points,condenser,coils,carb kit and impeller. i found operating manual that shows all the parts but no part numbers. i understand that this uses omc parts like those in Johnson/Evinrude so i guess that parts are available if i knew the specific part numbers.thanks for any help….

        This appears to use the OMC universal magneto – points 580148, condenser 510173, coil assy 580118.   Impeller assy is 277181, prolly superseded by now.  I don’t have a number for a carb kit,  but the carb looks an awful lot like those on E/J 5.5s.  Shouldn’t be that hard to find.

          Carburetor kit is PN 439071, same as Johnson or Evinrude of that vintage.

            The current P/N for the condensers is 580321.
