I have a situation where I have a stripped cowl for my 57 Lark with numbers 203961 and 203962. This is not the right part # for this motor. Can I still find the chrome trim etc. and make it a Lark cowl? Are they the same except for mounting holes or do I need to look for another cover?

The Big Twin and Lark cowls are the same except for the holes to mount the Lark trim.

The 57 Lark has the glitzy plastic flip open front cover, I don’t believe that the Big Twin has that cover?? Might be more holes for hinges

Yes, I was wondering about that attachment myself. I wish I had one to look at close up.

Thanks for the pic…..I do have that front cover…..I’m going to dig out the cowling and see how it fits. I’ll let you know.
