      That sounds reasonable and appreciate the comment and most of all that I discovered it before anything got damaged. All components are in very good shape.

      Will reassemble and hopefully test soon.

      Those lowers are long lifers on the 10’s, simply because that lower was designed to take up to 25hp.
      Be very careful that the bushing is lined up with that pin during assembly, otherwise, it will get shoved deeper in the hole when you tighten down the skeg cap screws.
      This happens quite often.
