      I just started running my newly rebuilt QD 19 and experienced a strange throttle setting.
      After I set the low and high speed jets with the motor on the boat, all was fine. Running it with the throttle opened up all the way produced full revs. After a few days of running when I went to run at full speed, the motor would run up the rev range, and then slow down to about 3/4 revs at full throttle. If I turned the throttle back a bit it would then run at full speed. Never ran into this before.
      Any ideas?

        First guess is starving for fuel because of a partially clogged sintered filter in the glass bowl.
