      Hello
      I pick up a nice original 1962 Evinrude light twin motor last week that was missing the lower cowls. I found a pair that look like they’ll be okay but will need paint.
      Does anyone know of a decent match I can get locally to avoid buying a $30 12 oz spray can? I’d rather put the money in the impeller, carb kit, etc.
      I was hoping perhaps a Duplicolor for an old Buick or something might work.
      Any suggestions? Thanks.

        those 3hp aren’t to big just bring it to the auto shop selling Duplicolor paint cans to match as close as possible

        I found that eyeballing and my memory doesn’t produce good results 🙂

        btw some paint don’t like gas much… better find something that is tolerant to the occasional drips
