Yeah I don’t think I saw even a nub from an old wick. They were OMC points and condensers so he should have had a couple with the kit, unless he bought them separately. I had a few extra on hand from previous kits and used one of those. I took the 2 new condensers from a 172522 kit and it runs good now. Boat tested it and started 1st pull almost every time and went through all the speeds and didn’t cut out once.
