      Hey all,
I’m still working on my wizard.
I fired it up this evening. It ran and I was stoked until I noticed no water spitting out the back like it does on all my other motors.
I have redone the impeller and all that stuff down there.
It had only run for maybe 30 seconds.
I pulled the power head off (soooo much easier than the 68 Evinrude 9.5!!!!).
The water inlet hole on the on the bottom of the motor was bone dry.
I put a drill on the drive shaft (I was very careful) and got water coming up.
I put compressed air into the motor water intake hole and it seemed clogged.
Is it possible for the water passages in the powerhead to get clogged?
If so, is it possible to clean out without taking the powerhead apart?
I’ve thought about putting some CLR in it, but the label says not to use on aluminum.
      How about radiator flush?
Also, I’m looking for parts for this motor.
I need a tiller handle, a complete recoil rope starter, a prop nut cone, and…. oh yea, carb adjustment knob, shaft and linkage.
      Thanks,
      Geer
