Just started working on a 1982 Evinrude 25hp and I don’t have any service information on it. Anybody have the correct torque values for the following:
Cylinder head bolts
Cylinder head cover bolts
Exhaust cover bolts
Flywheel nut

flywheel nut: 100-105 foot pounds
Cylinder head water/thermostat cover: 60-84 inch pounds
Exhaust cover screws: 60-84 inch pounds

Six crankcase main bearing retaining bolts: 168-192 inch pounds
Eight smaller crankcase flange screws: 60-84 inch pounds
Lower crankcase head/seal screws: 60-84 inch pounds
