      The top seal on a 02534 35 HP seems to be leaking a little. There is some oil residue on top of the block and some on the mag plate.
      can the seal be removed with the motor still together? Also is a 321467 seal the correct one? Thanks

          25034 would be a 1958 35hp (bigtwin?)

            If you are talking about a 1958. the original seal was 305987, now replaced by 0767970. Yeah, you can dig the old one out, often in pieces, but the job is a whole lot easier with the special tool. richardsoutboardtools.com makes repro tools.
