Water pump is good, no marks or cracks. I had figured on changing it, but when I pulled it apart it looked real good. All fresh water motors here. I did put new seals in the lower unit. I think it will be OK. The proof will be in a longer run. My thermostat doesn’t look to be extended up like the one you showed. Thanks.
