      anybody have a good close up view of the “very thin” return spring on the choke plate…either mine has a broken leg… or I can’t figure it out ??

      choke plate shaft seems to stiff for such a small spring … .I may have to pull the choke plate and polish the shaft a bit to loosen it up so the spring can do its job (oil did not work)

        update: well………. looking at the marine.com place for parts it looks like my spring has a broken leg 🙁

        $14 US plus shipping…….. I’ll try to rig something up
