AOMCI Chapters in the West

Hi all:
I’ve been involved with antique outboards for 50+ years but never a club member due to lack of any AOMCI Chapters or activity in our area, metro Denver CO.

Have there been any requests to form a Chapter in Colorado, or current area members ? the closest I’ve seen is in Utah over 500 miles away (distances are huge

in the West it’s the same distance as from Baltimore to Burlington VT!).

Just wondering, there’s a fair number of lakes and plenty of boats around.

Just a thought, print off some of our tri-fold brochures, and attend things like Steam/Gas shows, car shows and such, set up a booth and have a few smaller motors to display..
You will garner attention and in time you may get enough people to start your own chapter…
You never know, you might even get leads on some really cool motors…

I would suggest that you contact Sean Harrison;  the Membership Chair,  and see if he can provide you with Colorado  membership information.
