        Any common 2 cycle oil should be OK. Mix it with non ethanol gasoline at 16 to 1 .

          Use TCW-3 2-stroke oil for water cooled outboards. As Lloyd said, pretty much any commonly available brand of this type of oil will work fine.

            If your motor is worn and hard to start from leaking crank seals or low compression, using a heavier aviation oil designed for air cooled motors may help. These oils are graded differently so a W80 aviation oil would be what we know as 40 weight, or SAE 40.

                When your motor was new, it probably called for SAE-30 or SAE-40 Non-detergent oil. You can still buy that at auto parts stores.
