      I need to know where I can get a recoil rewind tool ? I have looked but have not found a tool or a way to rewind the spring on a 67 Chrysler 9.2 hp. outboard. The only number I can find is T3139 in the Old Outboard Service Manuel. Thanks

          Ken, Thanks very much the youtube video answered my question on how to tighten the spring.
