      Restoring the cowlings on my 1973 Johnson 4 horse & a 1975 Evinrude 15 horse and am looking for replacement cowling seals.

        frequent subject… some slice a small fuel line down the middle and  glue on the rim

        or you can investgate  door trims on Amazon which come in diffrent sizes ..

          I’ve used the ones from nymarine on a few restorations  and while a bit pricy, they are as the originals and of good quality.  They can be a bit of a challenge to install but it can be done in a few hours using the original staples and super glue/clamps to get them to lay flat.

            Thanks for the replies fellas.  I went ahead and reached out to nymarine to make sure I get the correct style.  Sure wish I could find it in white since that is what was on the motor.
