Early Honda BF100 with points

MY BF100 has weak spark won’t start even when I gap points to .010. I rigged up a military surplus 2 spark coil with a 7.5 volt battery and the engine runs good. So I have a bad coil or exciter coil.
Anyone know what voltage to look for from the exciter coil. Thanks

Thanks, but Flash Player is blocked on my Browser I will have to fine a workaround.

go to parameters logo top right … select the * logo for parameters at the bottom of the list

select cookies and authorization of sites on the left of the page

select adobe flash

move the button to ON and then everytime you reach a Adobe Flash site syst it wil ask you for permission to open

but as of 2021 I am not certain it will work looks like Microsoft is dumping the application ???

I think Boatinfo has the problem , I tried three browsers and cell phone and get the same message ” Flash Player 9 required” I have Flash 32 and as of December 31 Flash will no longer work.

If you go to iboats Honda forum and do a search for bf100 you will see a couple of posts there offering to e-mail you a Honda Service Manual. Some of them are old posts; but it might be worth a shot.
