      Hello
      Just got this 1.25 Elgin. Cranks right up. Throttle at almost wide open. Just idles. When I turn gas off it seems to catch up and then take off running wide open. When I try to regulate throttle it
      stops. Hope my terminolgy gets better as I learn,

          Ah Ha
          Meaning too much oil in the mix perhaps?
          My math may have not been so sharp
