      My Son just got a 4 hp folding motor from his Grandpa.  He is doing maintenance on it and came across this spring lever.  Don’t have a manual yet, just the case and motor.  Can anyone tell us what the lever is for?  See pics

        some kind of handle or locking lever    likely a handle see part 27
