I know what you mean Dave. When I test out the “5” and under crowd on the boat, it seems painfully slow.
What a difference when I slap on the QD 10 hp though!
No boat test today….. got the lawn done just in time…… thunder storm moved in,
pouring rain and some pea sized hail.Careful!….when you step up to bigger motors, you get to likin’ the performance, and find yourself seeking out bigger ones. I’m at the point where if it’s under 10 HP, it has to be something really special or different for me to be interested….unless, of course, it’s free. I now look primarily for motors from 10 HP to 40 HP.
