Flywheel timing marks?

      Trying to verify what I think are the timing marks on the flywheel of my 1954 Evinrude 7.5 hp (model 7514).
      Is the small line the arrow is pointing to the timing mark?  There’s a corresponding exact same mark on the opposite side of the flywheel.
