Tubs, neat looking little motor. Are you implying the crankshaft has a little
bend in it, and that’s why the flywheel is catching on the mag plate?

Ok Tubs, what year is it? Think your weld will stay on the carb? Expensive bent crankshaft! I can relate to that. Probably cost more to return than what you paid for it. Sounds like one of my deals. Win some and loose some!

You know what happened to the crankshaft! Somebody tried to get it off with a claw hammer! A fella with your talent and a couple V blocks, a little bump in the right spot and she will live again.

Alumi-brazing works good for some things, and very frustrating
on areas where you melt out you first repair working on
an adjoining area.
Good save on that carb!

Rubber Baby Buggy Bumpers may have worked, by hard to find now days, lol.
I like your drill bit set…. so much easier than getting out the micrometer
or calculator!
